In my role, I processed and cleaned client data to ensure adherence to standards and protocols, conducting quality assurance checks using Python scripts to maintain data accuracy. I automated repetitive tasks through Python scripting to enhance operational efficiency and facilitated cross-team communication to effectively address client requirements. Additionally, I provided support via CRM platforms like Salesforce, managed various team duties including task delegation and project coordination, and contributed to the development of best practices for data management and reporting.
I collaborated closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to design and develop software solutions, programming efficient and testable code while adhering to project plans and company standards. I evaluated QA feedback from both manual and automated testing, troubleshooting software issues and debugging problematic code. Additionally, I deployed new features and upgrades periodically and coordinated with teammates to achieve project goals, utilizing a tech stack that includes React.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, Jenkins, RSpec, JIRA, GitHub, Slack, and GSuite.
